OPEN POSITIONS​

Board Secretary
-
Attend WPA meetings
-
Prepare, distribute, and file minutes.

Manage Board social communications and gifts.
​​
Assistant Spontaneous Problem Captain​
-
Work with the PC as needed
-
Attend Regional Judges training to help PC train our local judges.
-
Communicate with your judges and coaches, as needed.
-
Set up your competition site the Friday before WPA Competition & manage your competition sites during competition day.

As part of the WPA Board, attend a few Board meetings.
Assistant Score Room Problem Captains
-
Attend State PC training in January to learn about the score room. (Travel and hotel are covered by PA Odyssey.)

Manage the Regions computers and printers used in scoring.

Attend Spontaneous Fun Day and run the Score Room.

Sets up the score room the Friday before WPA Competition & manages your competition sites during Competition day.

As part of the WPA Board, attend a few Board meetings.​

Assistant Merchandise Chair

​Help Chair with all endeavors related to merch at various events: sales, raffles, inventory, design, etc.
​
Public Relations and Alumni Coordinators

Relatively new positions and open to interpretation! The goal is to get Odyssey on the map and on the minds of people in our region - and to encourage alumni participation in Odyssey.

Media Chair
-
Help populate our website and other media/social media outlets.
